Zephyr Teachout is an American attorney, author, and Associate Professor of Law at Fordham University. She was a candidate for Attorney General of New York in the 2018 election and her candidacy was endorsed by The New York Times. Her book on the history of anti-corruption laws in the United States, Corruption in America, is widely recognized as a groundbreaking analysis on the subject. Former Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens cited her anti-corruption research in his dissent in Citizens United.
